Mark has many years experience providing strategic advice in relation to all forms of private and public capital raisings and mergers and acquisitions. Consequently, he is very familiar with the Listing Rules and the admission criteria and deals regularly with ASX and ASIC in relation to capital raisings and continuous disclosure obligations.
Mark also advises many boards on best practice for corporate governance.
Mark has extensive experience in the preparation of shareholder agreements, joint venture arrangements, asset purchase or sale agreements and the broader range of commercial agreements including manufacturing and distributing arrangements.
