Rob acts primarily for non listed manufacturing and trading companies, professional services firms and high net worth individuals.
Having previously been group legal counsel for the multi-national Nicholas Kiwi group of companies, he is particularly aware of client needs for practical, efficient and cost effective legal services.
Rob has experience acting as company secretary for a listed transport and cold storage company and was responsible for the large scale divestment of the trading businesses of that entity, the return of capital to shareholders and the de-listing from the ASX. He also assisted a professional services firm to acquire complementary businesses and to revise the constituent documents of the enlarged entity.
A member of the firm's tax group, Rob is also active in the area of trusts, complex wills and estate planning as well as in restructuring client's personal and business arrangements to deal with financial and succession planning issues.
