Justin leads our real estate team in Auckland. He has specific expertise in all aspects of property, infrastructure and development.
Justin has more than 24 years of experience providing a broad range of commercial advice to clients across different industries. He advises corporate and local authority clients. He routinely works on acquisitions and disposals and advises on large scale subdivisions and complex developments, multi ownership title structures, design build leasing and portfolio management.
Justin has a particular interest in environmentally sustainable developments and green leases. He works closely with the NZ Green Building Council.
