Grant leads our New Zealand insurance practice, one of the largest dedicated insurance teams in New Zealand with expertise in all classes of insurance.
Grant has a general insurance practice with particular expertise in professional indemnity. He has successfully appeared as counsel in the High Court and the Court of Appeal on a number of important cases for professional indemnity underwriters. He has also appeared in the Privy Council.
Grant also acts as coverage counsel on large D&O claims.
