Catherine's practice includes advising clients on IPOs, capital raisings, schemes of arrangement, private acquisitions and disposals, public takeovers, joint ventures, ASX Listing Rule and Corporations Act compliance and corporate governance.
Catherine has acted for numerous listed clients and has advised on a large number of international transactions, including acting for an Australian public company on its listing on the Official List of the London Stock Exchange.
