Chris practises in all aspects of property development and, banking and finance law. He acts for listed companies, private and institutional developers, investors, state government instrumentalities, banks and financial institutions and for consultants to the finance and property industries. His experience extends to commercial, retail and industrial developments.
Chris also advises government and private enterprise on probity and procedural fairness issues in the context of competitive government tender processes and has acted as a probity auditor.
