Ron has specific expertise in front end project work and project financing, primarily in the tourism and the energy and resources sectors.
Ron has advised on projects including a nickel mine and associated facilities (including a power station, port and acid plant) in New Caledonia, biomass power stations, wind farms, ethanol plants and the Palazzo Versace Resorts both in Australia and Dubai.
Ron has also advised some of Australia's leading property developers in connection with a number of iconic developments including the prestigious Q1 building on the Gold Coast.
Ron's financing expertise includes construction financing (including novel structures such as presales securitisation) and infrastructure financing.
Ron has also lectured in property and infrastructure financing at the Macquarie University Applied Finance Centre and has been a Visiting Fellow of that University.
