Graduate development program

Practical experience is the foundation of our graduate training. This is enhanced through a rotation program in our larger offices which gives you wider knowledge of the firm and helps you decide where you will be best suited for a thriving career within DLA Phillips Fox.

You’ll enter an environment of continuous learning from day one by participating in our structured Best People Orientation Program – an induction workshop followed by training, support and feedback. Here you’ll meet others who are also starting out in their careers and the key people who will support you along the way.

You’ll have access to a graduate development program which includes modules such as negotiation, advocacy, networking and presentation skills, plain English drafting, financial analysis, time management, and business development and leadership skills. You’ll expand your skills and gain a commercial perspective about the business of law.

Regular feedback is provided to you throughout your time with the firm, along with an annual performance review.
