Malcolm is a senior partner who has been with the firm since 1981.

As Managing Director, his responsibilities include a broad range of practice groups including the Corporate, Australian Government, Technology, Media & Commercial and Financial Services practice groups. He has management responsibilities for a team of more than 225 lawyers across eight offices and two countries. His role also includes oversight of our exclusive global alliance with DLA Piper, one of the largest legal services organisations in the world.

Malcolm's main area of practice was commercial litigation and dispute resolution, prior to moving into management roles. He was Managing Partner of the New Zealand offices from 1997 to 1999 and appointed Managing Director in 2000.
