Jan Roberts
Human Resources Director

Jan joined the Executive team in 2002 as Human Resources Director and has over 20 years' experience in management consulting and human resources management roles.

Jan is responsible for HR strategy, policy and program development, and leads HR operations and learning development across the firm's eight offices. Prior to joining the firm her work was primarily in the areas of organisation development, change management, human resource policy development and leadership coaching across a range of industries. Jan is a former member of the Board of Management of the South Australian Employers Federation and was Joint Chair of the Australian Manufacturing Council KPI Steering Committee.

During her time as HR Director, DLA Phillips Fox has cemented its reputation as a law firm that is committed to the engagement of its people and the development of its leaders, while fostering a flexible workplace and distinct culture. In 2007 the firm was named as an Asia-Pacific regional winner in the global Top Companies for Leaders 2007 study, conducted by Hewitt Associates.
