Two international distinctions for DLA Phillips Fox partner

An Auckland partner in the Australasian commercial law firm, DLA Phillips Fox, has been named 'one of the world's leading insolvency and restructuring lawyers' and 'one of the pre-eminent practitioners in his field' by two separate international legal guides.

Michael Bos, a partner in DLA Phillips Fox’s commercial dispute resolution team, received the endorsements from The International Who’s Who of Insolvency & Restructuring Lawyers 2007 and Euromoney’s Guide to the World’s Leading Insolvency & Restructuring Lawyers 2008. 

Mr. Bos specialises in major commercial litigation, insolvency, debt recovery and intellectual property litigation.  He acts for financial institutions, receivers, liquidators and commercial creditors on debt recovery and insolvency issues.
