Climate Change - Federal Government's Green Paper released
The Federal Government recently released a Green Paper outlining its plans to implement an emissions trading scheme in Australia in 2010. We look at the key points of the proposed emissions trading scheme now referred to as the 'Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme' (Scheme).
